Maine.... Sister and Grandma

I was home from my girls weekend one day and two nights and then left for Maine to see my sister Jennifer and Grandma. My grandma grew up in Maine and has gone back the past few years to visit, she's amazing! She's 92 and still traveling on her own. It was good to see her... and my little sister, who's  pregnant with her second little girl right now. We were able to watch General Conference together on Saturday and Sunday, and Jennifers sister in law made Haddock Chowder for Sunday dinner, my grandma loves Haddock!! It was really good! We had a good time visiting with her for a few days.
My sisters little girl and I at the beach.... not really beach weather... her name is Regan, she is a doll!!

I just adored her! She is a ham!

This is the cute little outfit her aunty Sara bought her. :)

Annual Girls Weekend (McCall, Idaho)

These are two of my best friends... Stephanie Pyrah and Sarah Stice. We grew up together in Alaska when I lived there. We all met when we were about 11 and started Young Womens together. Some of my favorite childhood memories and spiritual experiences from my youth happened with these girls. We have been getting togehter every year for the last four years. This year was in McCall Idaho.... it was the cutest little town. The weather was perftect! We had a great and relaxing time. Next year we are considering getting together with our husbands... we will see! :)

Sarah is a super fit mama! He husband and her have this cute gym attached to their garage. Sarah is certified in CrossFit and teaches out of her gym to a bunch of women from her ward, so Steph and I decided we'd try it. It was tough!! But so fun!! She was incredibly encouraging and motivating. And SUPER STRONG!!!
This was our fun little trip to the local thrift store :)

 COOKING

And RELAXATION... hot tub and pedi's.

This was the house we rented.

Easton turned 4!

Easton turned 4 on the 6th of October. We started the day early as usualy with scripture study and had him open a few gifts on Don's lap so that we could have a little party with the family before the day began. We are rarely all together at home!! So we had to do it early. He had a great start to his day!

            He had a Spiderman/Superhero party.
It was fun to set up for him, he was REALLY excited!

 He got a Transformer outfit.

Don did a magic show for all his little friends. (such a nice perk to be married to a magician!) All the kids LOVED it!

We played Pin the Spider on the Web.

We also went to Build A Bear.... it was really neat to do with him. He named his bear Peter Parker and dressed him in a Spiderman costume. He was able to help stuff him and pick his heart and even gave him a bath... and also he was able to record his own voice for the bears voice. It was really fun.

It was a fun day for him.
