also.... this summer....

Kennedy and Easton LOVE to play together!

 Mama and Jax
This lady is a live statue, we tipped her and she let us take a photo with her. Kind of creepy.
We HAD to!!! He looks like him, right? I had to force him to let me take this photo.
More poses from Kennedy.... so cute.
My boys think they are so cool... and they kind of are! :)

and.....by the way.....we did this too!

We had a lot of water play this summer.... I am so sad to see it gone. :( We found this great pool not to far away with a big waterslide and lots of fun toys and a wave pool. I was so sad we found it about the last week it was open, and it was really cheap! Next year we will visit a lot more often! All the cousins had fun playing there the last day it was open.

Easton and his little buddy Matthew playing in the water.
We also took the boys to Seattle for Labor Day weekend. We had a good time shopping and visiting the sites and seeing my brother Jeremy and his family.

Me and my neice Claire (ie Claire Bear).. she was so hyper and funny when we rode this, I said to her "you are crazy!" and she quickly replied "No, I'm not! You just don't know how to have fun!" She is so funny!!!
So... Jer had this great place he took us to for Wings... Jax thought he would show us all up and eat the most HOT ones... this is the result, he's wiping tears from his eyes! And Jeremy is loving it!

Yellow Stone Bear World

On our little trip we also went to Yellow Stone Bear World..... it was a fun little place to visit.
Easton loved seeing the bears...this one was showing off!
Don was really impressed with the size of this elk's...uhh... horns. :)

Easton and I saw Bambi too!
 Ooooo....SCARY!!!

This peacock was really cool... never opened her wings, but always posed for the camera.
And...this ladies and gentlemen, is why I love this man!

Road tripn' baby

Our EFY trip was fun on the way back, Easton just had so much fun with us... He is just a happy and fun little boy.
The headphones and little TV was a lifesaver!!!
And the trip was really exhausting!

EFY Trip 2011

We took our two oldest boys and two of their friends to EFY in Rexburg ID. It was a fun roadtrip down and back. We took the four of them and Easton. We had a few bumps along the way... like a flat tire.
Easton was ready to help! I think he was also just so excited to get out of the car! We pulled off the road about 15 miles from Dillon I think and about 2 hours or so from Idaho Falls. Unfortunately we had just put new tires and wheels on our navigator and didn't have the right  tools to take them off! We had each of the boys holding signs made out of some of our garbage, that said "need tools", standing off the highway as traffic passed. A few nice people stopped, a few accidents almost happened... and finally this great father and son stopped with their families in campers and they had what we needed. We met up with them again in Idaho Falls and found out they were LDS and on their way home to Idaho Falls... Don and son were actually at Ricks together. It was a neat experience chatting with them and we were grateful for their help!

He was such a big helper!!
